Some researchers are turning your cellphone into a game controller. So let’s play, let’s get wild before their device hit the market.

Troikart, an art factory founded by three students from the Royal College of Art, provides this very unofficial way to have fun with your phone.

“The SMS Guerilla Projector is a home made, fully functioning device that enables the user to project text based SMS messages in public spaces, in streets, onto people, inside cinemas, shops, house…”

“Small, portable, and battery operated, the SMS Guerilla Projector contains a mobile phone which enables the device to receive and project messages from other people.”

It all seems so easy to turn your today’s environment as a playground. For a more formal projection, check the TXTual art collective. They’re touring throughout the world providing art performance. Their last stop was in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. And they’re heading to New-York City.
