Voxalot clones Jajah callback service, with SIP

Web callbacks hit the coast of SIP phones. Voxalot ranks among the first if not the very first SIP softphone companies to roll out a phone service similar to Jajah or Talkety using SIP protocol.
On the calling process, nothing has changed. In their web browser, users put a couple of numbers ― one for the caller and one for the receiver. Voxalot initiates the call and rings them back, supposedly within the next 3 seconds.
Of course, phone to phone calls are possible, and costs will be comparable to Jajah. But when it comes to SIP-based phone, Voxalot gains a yard of competitive advantage, as calls are routed through Asterisk-like server. A new competitor is born.

Well, releasing the same service of Jajah is pretty simple, so this doesn’t surprise me.
Luca, if everyone could set callback VoIP service for a cheap price, do you think Skype could keep doing its SkypeOut free for landline and mobile phone calls after the end of this year? They announced they will “think” about it.
Voxalot is very different to JaJah and Talkety. It allows me to use my OWN providers. It also has loads more features. No comparison in my opinion.
