Remember SoonR? The service, initially developed to turn your mobile phone into a remote control for your computer, recently allows you to launch Skype on your cellphone. Lately, SoonR pumped it up; Silicon Beat reports that the company has raised more than $4 million in a first round of funding, led by Clearstone Venture Partners.
