Another sacked customer care sensation. This time, it’s for a napping intermission. A Comcast employee was videotaped sleeping on a customer’s couch during a house call.

The customer, Brian Finkelstein, who’s a student living in Washington, DC, broadcast the impromptu scene on YouTube. Then, it all went fast. The video entitled “A Comcast technician sleeping on my couch” got BoingBoing-ed last week, and since, watched by more than 300,000 people according to Reuters.

And the employee jut got fired. “Unsatisfactory customer experience,” said Comcast. PS: Amusing or not, this maybe give a sample of what the situation could be if every call is Big brothered. Readers, you sure have something to say about this.
